You can return a product by initiating a RETURN ID from My Account Section by giving the ORDER ID and REASON written on it with real time PHOTO of the product with INVOICE and PACKAGE but only within 48 hours from shipment received and delivered. Follow the instructions.

For Fashion & Lifestyle products, please pack the following into a sealed bag and courier it across in the given address

1. The returned product with package

2. The price-tags and all invoices copy

3. A piece of paper with the ORDER ID and RETURN ID written on it.

Your refund will get initiated within 3 Business Days from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse. The product cost will be refunded inclusive of all taxes only but deducting all shipment / delivery charges of that order.

We promise to refund the amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid deducting the delivery / shipment charges. Mode of Refund will be in your Bank Account as you need to provide the Correct Banking Details at the time of initiating RETURN ID. You can track the Refund from My Account Section.

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link / button in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time. You will be updated over SMS time to time by our logistic service.

It’s really quick! Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 5 - 10 working days. That still won’t stop us from trying to get you your order faster.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.

For shipment of one (1) and 2 (two) products you will be charged a nominal amount of INR 50. For 3-5 products you will be charged a nominal amount INR 90 and anything above 6+ (six or more than six) products you will be charged a nominal amount INR 120.

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. Hence, we request you to always follow the footstep of Digital India and go online.

Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.

Not at all! You do not need to return the whole order. Just the particular product if you ordered suppose 4 items and want to return one, it will be accepted.

If a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
